Updated: Company reached out to me. Was respectful and showed genuine concern that the product didn’t function as intended. They offered a refund or replacement to remedy the situation. I appreciate the customer service and the initiative to reach out to me.
When this works, it works great. So far, I’ve bought two. Both stopped working after minimal use (2-3 times a week. 30 minutes or less), in less than a month. Figured the first was a fluke. But upon receiving and fully charging the second, i found the vibration was NOT as strong as the first. Which immediately was a red flag. It was about half strength. And here I am, a week later. And the second one no longer functions. Great concept. And as i said, feels great, when it works. However, they don’t last long. And considering you can’t get returns on things like this, its a complete loss unfortunately. If you are looking for something you can use a few times, get this. If you want something you can actually enjoy longer term, might be worth it to look elsewhere.
